I started racing on the iRacing virtual platform in late December 2020 and I'm creating and maintaining this page to share information, progress, live streams, and video replays with my friends that are interested.
Everyone has to start with a Rookie series and the Rookie series for road racing, my primary interest, is the Fanatec Global Mazda MX-5 Series, which gets it's name for the model designation for the Mazda Miata. The MX-5 is a very popular spec racer even in local clubs around the country because it's relatively cheap to race and the level-equipment-based rules emphasize driver development and skill over dollars and equipment.
I'm currently racing only in the Formula Renault 2.0 series. Its the next step-up in road racing, to an open-wheel platform, from the MX-5.
